Carl Jung, one of the principle architects of personality psychology/typology, was the first to theorize what is now known as the 16 principle personality types. The ENFJ (Extroverted Intuitive Feeling Judger) is one of these types.

However, us ENFJs are somewhat underrepresented (approx. 2.4% of the population). This group was created to help us ENFJ's find each other; to deepen our understanding of who we are; to discover pathways toward self-actualization and to find and maintain successful relationships with compatible types.

ENFJ's belong to a cluster of personality types known as the "Meaning Seekers", or "Idealists" and are known by many names including: The Giver, The Persuader, The Growth Teacher, The Envisioner Mentor, The Benevolent Mediator and The Sage.

Healthy ENFJ's tend to exhibit the following traits: warm, outgoing, social, loving, involved, open, considerate, altruistic, sensative, positive, affectionate, affirming, good at getting people to have fun, ambitious, seductive, good communication skills; perceptive about people's thoughts and motives; motivational; inspirational; bring out the best in others; fun to be around; lively sense of humor; energetic; optimistic; loyal and committed; strive for "win-win" situations, and are sensative to the feelings and needs of others. What's more, ENFJs put a lot of effort and enthusiasm into their relationships. For better or for worse, ENFJ's tend to define themselves by the closeness and authenticity of their personal relationships.
