MLS ON MYSPACE CODE OF CONDUCT:

MLS on MySpace is deisgned for licensed real estate agents to promote property listings and ask for relevant information from each other. The group is public but subscribes to the following rules:

1- No MLM, ever, ever, ever
2- No posts about "get rich". Never, never, never
3- No promoting financing programs. If you're a loan originator and want to promote your business, do it elsewhere. A more sophisticated way to do that would be to post financing options for a specific property in the listings. That is acceptable.
4- Violators are warned....ONCE
5- Repeat offenders are banned from the group

Okay...I had to take the group private again. Sorry to al of the MLS on Myspacers who had to put up with the crap posts from MLM and get rich quick. I'l be editing the group and deleting everyone who isn't an active real estate agent.
