Brian Deneke was murdered on December 12th 1997 for being himself and looking and thinking a little differently from most people in town. Brian deneke was run over by a jock by the name of Dustin Camp. Brian Deneke’s skull, ribs, pelvis and spine were completely crushed by Dustins Cadillac. “I bet he enjoyed that” was Dustin’s reply to the murder as he drove away from the scene. Brian died in the arms of his brother. His parents drove up to find their son under a white sheet in the blood-covered snow. What was Dustin’s punishment for this tragic hate crime?
