A multi-time Triple Crown Champion in TNA, The Phenomenal AJ Styles is the new face of professional wrestling. Considered by many to be a human highlight reel, the star is a pioneer of the high-flying and amazing X Division. Styles began his career in Georgia, joining TNA at its inception in 2002. At the debut TNA Pay-Per-View in June 2002, Styles was crowned the first X Division Champion after beating Jerry Lynn, Psychosis and Low Ki in a double elimination match. Styles achieved his dream of becoming NWA World Heavyweight Champion in April of 2003, defeating Raven and Jeff Jarrett in a three way bout for the gold. The Phenomenal One would go on to dominate TNA Wrestling, winning additional NWA World, Tag Team and X Division Title on multiple occasions. Styles’ most recent title reign came at September’s “Unbreakable” Pay-Per-View, where he defeated The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels and Samoa Joe to once again become TNA X Division Champion. Styles is also a two-time TNA MVP award winner (2003 & 2004), as voted by the fans on TNAwrestling.com
