Hip Hop without a history will remain a fad, a superficial gimmick. The Upperground exists for those who seek more than that, knowing that there is more than that, and achieving this requires taking the culture back to it's roots with a fresh perspective, a death and resurrection of the artform. We don't want to forget where Hip Hop has been (the foundation), but in rebirth and going back to the essence of purity we find it's purpose for existing through its creator. We're not here to solve, but to serve this community.
