SPNA stands for Spastication Nation Association.

You may ask where the 'P' comes from. Well the P comes from the P in 'sPastication' and is one of the most important letters in the word. Without 'p', you would just have 'sastication' which clearly makes no sense.

Also, for example, without the letter 'p', I would only be a 'rincess' which sounds like someone who rinses other people for money, rather than a little girl who looks cute in pink and is good at bossing people around.

Do you see how this works?

Without the letter 'p' you wouldn't be able to make that 'p' joke, you know, the one where the little kid needs to go to the toilet, but the teacher makes him say his alphabet first, and he does, but omits the 'p', and she is all 'where's the p?' and he's all 'halfway down my leg, m'am.' HAWHAW HAW now, that is a joke... gets me everytime! ...And we have the letter 'p' to thank for that.

So yes. Although it should probably be denoted as "SpNA", that

a) looks a bit like a typo, doesn't it?
b) it is letterist and we believe in equality
and c) I just don't see it catching on

Hoookay. So now we got all the 'p' business (*chuckle*.. get's me every single time!) out of the way, I see that that pathetic look of confusion continues to cloud your face, and since by the look of your skanky clothes, you are too poor for botox, I shall save you from the wrinkles and explain ALL.

You're wondering what 'Spastication' actually MEANS, right? Well the etymology of the word is actually contained within the word itself (yes! Its pure genius at work right here), it comes from the word SPASTIC.

Now firstly I feel a defence of our usage of this word is in order. If (for example) I had really bad posture and walked as if I had a broken leg, leading to my friends calling me Old Broken Leggy, I dont think that the guy down the road with the actual broken leg would feel all outraged and insulted by that and need to go for counselling. On the contrary, I like to think that my deep affinity for his disability would lead us to becoming life-long friends. Just so, although we are not ACTUAL Spastics, because we BEHAVE in a way which is much akin to the way in which real Spastics involuntarily behave, there is a mutual respect between our two groups, a kind of brotherhood if you will. For those of you who still feel that our usage of the word Spastic is inappropriate, I would suggest that you stop reading this, several paragraphs ago.

As you can imagine, our usage of the word Spastication is derived from the fact that our small group of friends behaves in a way which is strongly reminiscent of the behaviour of a Spastic. We felt, however that the word 'Spastic' was not flexible enough to truly reflect the many wonderful ways in which we resemble Spastics, therefore we coined new terms such as 'Spasticated', 'Spastication' and 'Spazmolyzed.'

In order to cut down on long explanations, I shall give you some example sentences:

1. Oh my God! Did you see the Spasticated look on her face!?
2. I certainly did... now if that isn't Spastication, I don't know what is!
3. For real yo', that shi* totally Spazmolyzed my brain.

As for what it is our group does..... Well... urm.. we're still working on that.

If you read all of this, I am impressed and would like you to join our gang as you are clearly SPNA material
