We're a Dallas-based group dedicated to hooping (hula hooping that is)! Our goal is to meet in local parks for hoop dancing, sharing hoop tricks and spread the joy of hooping.

Hooping is done with larger, heavier hoops than the plastic models you find at toy stores. It's a seriously fun workout that improves coordination, burns calories, and initiates perma-grins.

Don't have a hoop? Don't worry, there are some of us who always bring extra to share.

Who can join? Anyone who likes to hoop or who wants to find a new, fun way to workout. All ages are welcome. You're never too old or too young to enjoy hooping.
