Hideki was born in Japan. He moved to the United States when he was 12. He attended the Digipen Institute of Technology and graduated and obtained employment at Nintendo. For many years, he was the right hand man of Scott Tsumura. Hideki is a multitalented individual - DJ, actor, ham radio enthusiast. Hideki has been featured as a character in Japanese anime. He is a star of the movie Chicken Head. One of Hideki's fans created a product line on cafepress.
