Odd Austin is a comedy/parody artist inspired by other comedy musicians such as Weird Al, Bob Ricci, Dino-Mike, Sudden Death, Worm Quartet, Paul and Storm, Possible Oscar, and countless others.

He got started in 2002 when a relative bought him a composition book. Daily he wrote lyrics that parodied popular hits of the time and original comedy songs, most of the writing in the book would most likely be labeled as awful so we would suggest not looking further into this, there's really no point. The first parody he ever wrote was a half way comedic parody of Adrian Belew's Oh Daddy which Austin renamed Oh Fatty. Among some of his first songs was a parody of Limp Bizkit's cover of The Who's hit Behind Blue Eyes which Austin called Behind Fat Thighs, he wrote a lot of food songs in the early days.

In December 2005 Austin recorded his first demo album, a small ten track CD featuring mainly parodies of Green Day and related punk artists. The following year he released five more demo albums including The Confusion Mambo and Mudd Samich thus creating a small fan base via MySpace and other internet sites. In 2007 Austin released his final demo CD Ausfest ‘07.

Since then Austin's music can be heard on The Mad Music Show, Kahn Man's Comedy Corner, Manic Mondays, DJ Particle's Mad Music Dementia Top 20 (With two songs hitting 1 to date) and many others. His music has been described as hilarious and clever by many and a few have even called some of his songs the funniest recording they've ever heard.

In 2008 Austin began recording his debut album which he had been working on for nearly four years. Which will be released later this year, if all goes well. At the extremely young age of 16, Austin is quite possibly the youngest comedian in the parody music industry today, and is opening doors to a promising future in dementia music.
