Jake Silbermann joined the cast of As The World Turns in June 2007, playing the role of Noah Mayer.

Silbermann is a native of New York City and graduated with a B.A. in Theater from Syracuse University, where he participated in many productions including Three Sisters and True West. He played a leading role in the 2006 film, Brunch of the Living Dead. Silbermann and co-star Van Hansis attended the 2007 GLAAD Media Awards when As The World Turns was nominated in the category of Outstanding Daily Drama.

Silbermann can be seen in various television commercials, including a recent ad campaign for Gillette. In his spare time, he enjoys working out and cooking.
