This group is for anyone who is trying to lose weight. Everyone in this group has been where you are or we are there now. We are here for support for each other on our weight loss journey's. We have challenges in this group. What is a challenge you ask, well a challenge is a weight loss competition. We compete either in teams or against each other while giving each other much needed support. We have alot of fun and lose weight at the same time. We have done some challenges using a points system. For EXAMPLE: walking 30 mins =2pts, running 30 mins=5pts ect. Then at the end of the week we weigh in and add up our points and see who is in the lead. We usually use weight loss percentages as everyone is not the same weight starting out. We have also just done challenges by who has lost the most weight each week again using percentages. We do video blogs and special exercise challenges, where we find some cool online workout video that is fun and we challenge you to complete it for the day for either extra points or just for extra weight loss.
