ISSUES
Fighting Crime
If elected, I will make sure that Law Enforcement has the necessary tools needed to catch criminals and enforce the laws. I will also set aside money from the City Budget as Reward Money to anyone who helps solve a murder.

Gun Rights
I fully support the right of all law-abiding citizens to own a firearm. However, criminals with illegally owned firearms should be arrested and unarmed.

Right to Bear Arms
That every citizens has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the State.

Economic Growth
The City needs to encourage business owners to build and stay in Birmingham, rather than discourage through tax increases.

Domed Facility
If elected I will, once again, put a vote before the people, allow the tax-payers to decide if the City needs a Domed Facility. If this is voted down, the City should focus on maintaining Legion Field, Lawson Field & the BJCC.

Instant Runoff Voting (IRV)
Since the City has non-partisan elections, I support the implementation of IRV in all City elections. IRV allows voters to rank candidates in order of preference, so that in cases where there is no initial majority winner, a runoff recount can be conducted without a new election to determine which candidate is actually preferred by a majority of voters.
