About Rainforest Conservation in Action
Join Rainforest Conservation in Action to get updates on wildlife conservation work worldwide, tips on how you can make a difference, and to discuss rainforest and wildlife related topics.
The idea behind Rainforest Conservation in Action is to create a place where members can share positive rainforest and conservation news with likeminded people - a place where we focus on the achievements of NGOs and individuals, rather than despair at the thought of what's still left to do.
We will be posting regular updates and images from our reserves, as well as links to any positive headlines that grab our attention and we welcome others to do the same.
"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little."
Edmund Burke
Help us spread the word and save more rainforest!
An initiative by World Land Trust
The World Land Trust (WLT) is a conservation charity that takes direct action to save rainforest and other threatened wildlife habitats: We buy the land, acre by acre. The areas we buy are owned and protected as Nature Reserves by local conservation organisations.
