"Dedicated entirely to new music in the Birmingham and Black Country areas, BBC WM Introducing airs live each and every Thursday night from 10pm - 12am.

Join BBC WM's Brett Birks and Louise Brierley as they play their favourite tracks, discuss the latest happenings from the local circuit, preview upcoming gigs and generally talk all things music.

In addition, every week they introduce a local band or singer-songwriter to play live from the BBC WM studios."

Do you want to play on BBC WM Introducing?

"If you'd like to hear your music played on BBC WM Introducing or you want to perform live from the BBC WM studios, Brett and Louise want to hear from you!
All you need to do is:

* Send us a demo CD of your best tracks along along with a written biography telling us about yourselves
* Ensure that we have a contact phone number for you so we can make that call
* Complete the forms giving us permission to use your material on BBC platforms. You can download the two forms by clicking the links below.

Aside from a live set each week, we'll be playing your tracks on BBC WM so it's essential that you've filled in these forms giving us written permission."
