The Bill Manager started as a way to manage my own personal bills and expenses. First it was an MS Excel Sheet, then an MS Access Application, then finally due to the need/want to manage my bills from anywhere, I decided it was time to go online with it.

After talking with friends who took interest in the idea and thought it'd be helpful for them as well, a user registration system was built in. Then the features where enhanced to meet more scenarios other than my own.

After it was all said and done, a lot of hours where spent puting everything together, testing, and re-testing features and functionality.
