Elite Xtreme Combat (EliteXC) brings to the world the most exciting entertainment experience in the world of mixed martial arts (MMA) with live arena-based entertainment events, cable television programming on Showtime Networks and community-driven broadband entertainment via the Internet. Elite Xtreme Combat brings to the MMA sport the highest levels of honor, integrity, discipline and self-esteem all the while remaining inclusive for fighters, fans and schools. EliteXC capitalizes on the growing popularity of the sport of mixed martial arts by building a community of martial arts enthusiasts around the world. Elite Xtreme Combat’s spectacular live events showcase the world’s top fighters.

EliteXC’s management is an experienced, entrepreneurial team. The Company’s CEO Douglas DeLuca has produced hundreds of hours of network and cable television, Live Events President Gary Shaw, who is a legendary boxing promoter, and Kelly Perdew, Winner of "Apprentice 2" and former President of eteamz.com (the largest amateur sports portal in the world)’ is the President of EliteXC.com. They established the company to promote the sport of MMA; capitalizing on the excitement generated by regulated, professional matches. Partnered with Showtime, EliteXC televises matches on the leading cable network launching a February 10, 2007 match between Frank Shamrock and Renzo Gracie. EliteXC streams the non-televised undercard fights at EliteXC.com and provides exciting footage and interviews online.
