The Egoscue method is revolutionary in its approach to health, pain management, and fitness. In a few short months, utlizing it has very literally changed my life.

I’d like to start this group in order to get people to try out the method, read the books, talk about progress if they are practicing, and talk about program developoment if they are practitioners. I also think that the Egoscue philosophy offers such a realistic and strong outlook on how to lead our lives, so any discussion on that aspect are also totally welcome!
